Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification of reservation must be in writing by fax or email and must be receivedby reservation department 21 (twenty one) days before arrival date.
For cancellation received within 21 days, the hotel will charge as follows:
- 21 - 07 days: 50% on meal plan booked
- less than 7 (seven) days and no shows: 100% on meal plan booked
Late check out policy: 10h00 to 12h00 at Euro53/-. 12h00 to 16h00 at Euro/- After 16h00 at 100% Room Rate is chargeable
