02 Private Pool Twin/Spa Residences (600-700 sqm)
- The Pool Twin Residences are offered as residences with
02 bedrooms, same facilitis as the residences with 01 bedroom plus 01 extra bedroom, a bathroom, 01 indoor and 01 outdoor shower. The second bedrooms are twin beds. The Private Pool Spa Residence has a mini-spa or second bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom and 01 indoor shower.
Banyan Hill Estate (1100 sqm)
- 03 separate sleeping villas each for 02 adults and 01 child (approximately 70 sqm) furnished with an exclusive collection of antiques from around the Indian Ocean from the 18th, 19th and 20th century are located along the cliff with a veranda, own bathroom with a panorama bath tub, TV, CD/DVD player and mini-bar. A huge open living area (approximately 150 sqm) with an additional small enclosed TV lounge (approximately 20 sqm).
Adjacent there is a big terrace with a large private infinity pool, seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. A chef and dedicated butlers will take care of the guests' wishes.
